From process mapping crisis communication at No. 10 Downing Street to supporting major digital transformations at HMRC and leading sales academies for global organizations like Canon Europe, Novartis, CIM, and BT Group PLC, we operate at the intersection of leadership, commercial strategy, and technology with live business skills action-led workshops. 

I founded The Genius Robot Company as a boutique L&D business to move beyond traditional training 16 years ago; we specialize in 'AI-first' digital learning with business skills models, capability framework building, and practical, live-action workshops that turn complex data into actionable commercial wisdom training. 

The team trainers have sector experience in IT, Telecom, Legal, Accounting, Finance, Consulting, Retail, Motor Pharma, and Manufacturing industries.
